Unsettling the Settler Within – part 1

Every Sunday, for the duration of the traveling community art exhibition Reconciliation: What does it mean to you? – from August 13 to December 2, 2017 – to honour the complexity of the task, I will publish a post about my process of decolonization.

the necessity to be out there

October 29, 2016 – November 13, 2016 – #NODAPL | Solidarity Action

On november 6, my friend Katrin posted on Facebook the many banners – most of them using the “Water is Life” poster created and made public by Onaman Collective – she had created for the Solidarity Action against NODAPL and in support of Standing Rock, that would be held the next day.

I believe there are calls that you cannot resist. That you should not resist. Anyway, in my case. Calls that make me shivered, as they are urging all my cells, my conscious and unconscious self, my heart & soul to show up as a unified disruptive creative caring being.

Typo or mistake, let me know, I will be very grateful
